Blood

Blood

Champagne clouds like ice in the night

Full blood moon to quell the fears

But never the hunger

We dance our dance

And feel your warmth and life

The surrender to the need

Times claws miss a lucid body

Eternity of youth yet forever aging

The ivory plays the funeral march

The moon sets like the sun

And where is the edge of eternity

Turn from the lifeless

Step into the darkness

And we toast the night with

Black clad Death himself
