MOONLIT EMBRACE

sending you hugs on moonlight beams....
silver mirror’s glow
heart’s light highways of longing
love’s unmatched beauty

did you see the moon?
my gaze reflected to you
moonlight hugs to you

did you feel my love?
moving as water would flow
seeking your capture

did you catch my soul?
through magnetic attraction
unrelenting pull

even moonlight fails
on nights where darkness consumes
leaves the heart empty

longing for comfort
the sweetened warmth of your breath
our fingers entwined

    leaves the heart empty”

  3. Yo 700miles! Welcome…

    silver mirror’s glow
    heart’s light highways of longing
    love’s unmatched beauty

These lines are immeasurable in thier beauty. A powerful opening…pulled my right in to the immediacy of the poem.
