Dancing Demons

the future
built on the back
of the past
in the eye of
the present
it is ever. . .
the mirage glistening
morphing contorting
lifestyles
places
bibliophiles
faces
in piles
forethought
and prudence
hah
good riddance
torch tomorrow
touch today
fornicate tonight away

amazing…very eventful…i like it when the poem describes the title before the title describes the poem..

Amazing poem, really loved the flow, and it’s haunting in a way. Great work!

  4. Thanks for the feedback. Yea, I tend to gravitate toward short, fast-paced poems. I only have one speed. lol.
